how to get to showroom
Our
showroom is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 11am to 4pm.
However, in case we are closed due to emergencies (we are moms after
all!), we suggest you call ahead to confirm. We are also open 2
Saturdays a month, please check back on our website for the dates.

Deliveries will take place on weekdays between 10am and 5pm.

local mail
Mailing cost will be advised in confirmation email as it depends
on the weight of the items. Do note that our mail out dates
are Wednesday and Friday, please allow 3-4 days for the mail
to reach you. For local mail delivery, modes of payment are
credit card and cheque only. For cheque payment, please mail
in cheque upon receipt of invoice. We will mail the item once
cheque is cleared. |

Shipping
Bellysima Maternity ships internationally, via Speedpost or
FedEx. Shipping costs will be advised in confirmation email,
upon receipt of order. |

Self
Collection
You may collect your order from our showroom
during showroom opening hours
within a week upon receiving the confirmation email. Thereafter,
any order not collected will be couriered to you at the usual
shipping rates specified above. |

Combine purchase amounts from Bellysima, Moms
in Mind, Little Dreamers and Bumwear to enjoy discounted shipping.
When you combine orders from any of the above 3 stores, you
only pay 1 joint shipping charge. Just leave a note in the
special instructions column in the shopping cart so we can
arrange the joint delivery.

Please check the relevant size charts before placing an order. If
you are between sizes, choose the bigger size. However, if you order
an item that does not fit you, contact us and we will be happy to
arrange an exchange for you.

If you would like to purchase electronic gift certificates for a loved
one, write to us. Denominations available are S$25 and S$50. Gift
certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

At Bellysima Maternity we take pride in our products. Should you
be dissatisfied with any item, return it within fourteen (14) days
of the sales receipt and we will exchange it. Items returned must
be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
However, we will not be able to accept personal items such as swimwear,
lingerie or items that are discounted or on special offer.
Shipping of the item back to Bellysima Maternity will be at the
customer’s cost. As we cannot take responsibility for loss
of or damage to items sent back to us, please ensure that your item
is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.
In the event that we are unable to exchange the item, we will provide
a full refund in the form of store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
